Shipping

How orders ship

Orders ship via temperature-safe packaging with cold packs appropriate to transit time and season. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout on our Shopify store before you pay.

Delivery

Plan for someone to receive the package

Orders should be brought inside as soon as possible and refrigerated immediately (ideally 28–32°F). If a delivery window matters for an event, contact concierge before ordering so timing can be planned.

Returns & refunds

Perishable goods policy

Because caviar is perishable, we generally cannot accept returns once delivery is confirmed in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, delayed beyond our stated window, warm, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved issues may qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-delivery

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims filed promptly are handled faster.

What to know

Refund timing

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Event orders

For weddings, corporate gifting, or dinner parties, order with buffer time and contact concierge for coordination.

After arrival

Refrigerate immediately and keep sealed until service. Opened tins should be consumed within 1–2 days for best quality.
