Monsieur Caviar. For privacy requests or questions, email concierge@monsieurcaviar.com. Purchases are completed on our Shopify storefront; payment data is processed by Shopify, not stored on this site.

When you contact us, subscribe to email updates, or place an order through our Shopify storefront, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping details, and order history. If you opt in to SMS marketing separately, we may also store your mobile number and consent timestamp.

We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to concierge inquiries, send marketing communications you opt into, improve our site, and comply with legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

When configured, we use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure site traffic and ad performance. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, Google's Ads Settings or Meta's ad preferences tools.

We share data with trusted providers that help us operate — including Shopify for commerce, Formspree or email platforms for forms, and analytics tools when configured. We do not sell your personal information.
